Rezime: U radu je predstavljen Model inteligentnog preduzeća koji je definisan kao prototip modela za implementaciju koncepta veštačke inteligencije u malim i srednjim preduzećima. Predloženi model se bazira na Big Data tehnologijama i poslovnoj analitici. Iznete su osnovne postavke i pretpostavke za njegovu implementaciju i opisane osnovne komponente – faze modela. U zaključku su elaborirani budući koraci u daljoj implementaciji predloženog rešenja.

Abstract: The paper presents the Model of Intelligent Enterprise, which is defined as the prototype of the model for the implementation of the Artificial intelligence concept in small and medium enterprises. The proposed model is based on Big Data technologies and business analytics. The basic settings and assumptions for its implementation are outlined and described the basic components – phases of the model. In conclusion, the future steps for further implementation of the proposed solution are elaborated.
